Building on a 40 year career in business, mostly within the facilities management sector, Martin is now a professional speaker, writer and trainer as well as providing consultancy and business advice. His career includes senior roles with major UK corporates and boardroom positions with facilities consultancy and contracting organisations supporting major customers internationally.
Martin was named by FM World as one of the 20 FM Pioneers who have done more than any other to influence the development of facilities management. He is a Fellow of the BIFM, a Member of the Institute of Customer Service and is an Associate of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning.
